Exchange Policy

This policy outlines the guidelines for processing and shipping orders placed through Atlanta Wholecell.

Order Processing & Cut-Off Times

Standard Cut-Off: The daily order cut-off time remains 5:00 PM EST for same-day shipment, subject to inventory availability and daily volume.
Add-On Requests: All requests to add items to an existing order will be attempted, but completion cannot be guaranteed after 5:00 PM EST due to preparation for carrier pick-up. Please call our customer service line immediately if you place an add-on order for confirmation.
Large Order Processing: Any single order totaling over $1,000 USD placed within 45 minutes of the daily cut-off time may be subject to partial shipment to maintain the integrity of our high-volume shipping schedule.
Restricted and Separately Shipping Items 
To ensure the safest handling and fastest delivery of specialized or oversized products, the following categories will be shipped separately and may have different transit times.

Some our product will not have an option for shipping and those item will have to be picked up from the store or the buyer will have to make arrangements to have it picked up at their own expense we will not be liable for any product lost or damages or both.

Tracking & Delivery
